🚀 Unlock the Full Potential of Your AI Investments
Assess, Prioritise & De-Risk AI Initiatives with Confidence
AI investments can be game-changing—but without a structured assessment framework, enterprises risk wasting time and resources on technically unfeasible, commercially weak, or misaligned AI projects.
The AI Investment Readiness Diagnostic™ is a secure, enterprise-grade decision-making tool designed to help executives, AI leaders, and strategy teams systematically evaluate, prioritise, and strengthen AI initiatives—without reliance on external consultants.
🔑 Why Choose the AI Investment Readiness Diagnostic™?
✔ Confidential & In-House – Unlike SaaS platforms, this diagnostic stays within your enterprise. Your data remains private and secure on your network—no third-party access required.
✔ A Unified AI Decision-Making Framework – Creates a common language across the organisation to assess the feasibility and attractiveness of multiple AI use cases, helping prioritise competing initiatives.
✔ Identifies Root Causes of Weakness – Pinpoints gaps in data, technical execution, business alignment, and financial viability, enabling leadership teams to course-correct early.
✔ Developed by an AI & Business Strategy Expert – Created by Ryan Rojo, a graduate of Oxford University’s Executive Postgraduate Diploma in AI for Business. Built on his Oxford research and decades of senior leadership experience in high-performing organisations.
✔ Cost-Effective AI Prioritisation – Empowers enterprises to evaluate AI initiatives in-house, eliminating reliance on expensive consultants who may lack deep technical understanding of data, compute, and deployment feasibility.
✔ Builds Enterprise AI Maturity – Each initiative assessed is a learning opportunity, helping businesses develop internal AI expertise and scale AI adoption effectively.

4️⃣ Review Commercial Readiness – Assess the business case strength and risk management approach supporting the application.
5️⃣ Conduct Financial Assessment – Analyse the ROI, cost-benefit trade-offs, and financial feasibility of pursuing the initiative (completed with finance support).

📌 How Your Purchase Works
1️⃣ Immediate Access After Purchase
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive:
✅ A Word document containing a secure download link to access the AI Investment Readiness Diagnostic™ EXE file.
✅ Instructions for activating the workbook on up to 5 devices.📌 IMPORTANT:
- The Word document contains the official download link to the EXE file hosted on OneDrive.
- You must distribute this document to up to 4 additional team members who require access.
- Each user must download the file directly onto their own device before the link expires.
- If the download link expires before all users have downloaded the file, you can contact ryan@thinkwhyai.com.au to have it resent.
2️⃣ One-Time Activation for Each User
Since the diagnostic is hardware-locked, each user will need a unique activation key tied to their device. Here’s how it works:
🔹 Step 1: Each user downloads the EXE file using the link in the Word document.
🔹 Step 2: They open the EXE file on their machine, which generates a System ID.
🔹 Step 3: The user emails their System ID to ryan@thinkwhyai.com.au for activation.
🔹 Step 4: Within 24 hours, they receive a unique activation key.
🔹 Step 5: Entering the activation key unlocks full access to the diagnostic on that device.📌 Each machine requires a separate activation key. Once all 5 activations have been used, additional users will need a separate license purchase.
3️⃣ Collaborate Without Sharing Your Sensitive Data
While each user works from their own activated copy of the workbook, the AI Investment Readiness Diagnostic™supports team collaboration by allowing users to securely share progress and updates using encrypted workbook files.
📌 How Your Team Can Work Together:
✅ Each team member works on their own machine inside the protected EXE environment.
✅ Users can share progress by saving and emailing secure XLSC files (encrypted workbook updates).
✅ Other authorised users can open XLSC files inside their EXE environment to continue working.📌 Important: XLSC files cannot be opened in standard Excel—they require the EXE application to ensure data security and version control.
